Pen did not work when it arrived, and the o-ring that held the cap on was dried out, and the pen would fall out of the cap.

Absolutely perfect I’ve been trying to find one for the front end of my truck. This is the 4th one I bought and it’s finally perfect.
The jacket was great. However the description of the jacket was not correct. The lining is not removable as described on the website. We specifically were looking for a jacket that was lightweight to replace my father in laws worn out Navy windbreaker. This one fit that need plus added warmth with the lining included. Some are sending this back and the company agreed to a full refund.
