The necklace is beautiful and exactly as advertised. However it was delivered more than 10 days later than when the email said it would be here. Because of that, I called and emailed multiple times to see if it could be tracked or checked to be sure it wasn't delivered elsewhere, etc. I got no response at all and was ready to ask for a refund. When the product arrived, it was great, thus the 4 stars. But customer service needs some work.

Love it, made nicely. Does not look as if it is made of cheap quality, looks very nice. I would definitely recommend.
