Husband who’s been in police work for 34 years. He did mention that SWAT was formed in the 60s. He spent 15 years full time on a SWAT Team. He did say, more than likely they were not recognized till the 2000s. The frame is nice and the matting is done well and layered nicely. But he said it was a nicely done piece and it was wonderful to receive. He will hang in his office at work for other officers to see.
